《Tell Me Why》是一首藉著十二歲男孩的歌聲表達對現實世界反思的歌曲，他在歌中唱出地球本應是個由愛和和平維繫的美好家園，歡笑是世界通行的語言。但人類的貪婪和慾望，打破了這一切，於是天空不再蔚藍，脚下的綠色大地也逐日消失，到處都是等待著帮助的人們。而那些不願伸出援手的人們的 自私與冷漠，使他對生命的意義產生了質疑，但是，没有人能給他真正的答案！這一切何時才會結束? 為什麼人們不能像朋友一樣和平相處?! 有誰能給這個男孩一個答案呢?

Declan Galbraith是居住在英國肯特郡的爱爾蘭歌手。他出生於 日1991年12月19。4歲就展露出歌唱天赋；8歲開 始参加音樂比賽，並在14個月中獲得16個大獎。他的歌聲已红遍英倫， 成為英國最暢銷的童聲歌手之一。他的歌聲清澈，高音清亮，極富感染力。如果天使會唱歌，那個天使一定是——Declan Galbraith。
